Vendor Questions Might You Have
Vendor support is available 24/7 via vendorsupport@gaaevents.net or through the “Support” tab in your vendor portal. Phone support is available during business hours.
Vendors can request account deletion under “Account Settings” in their vendor dashboard. Remember this action is permanent; ensure you have backups of your listings.
In your vendor dashboard, access "Manage Listings," then select the listing you wish to edit and click the adjacent “Edit” button.
Groom Questions Might You Have
Couples can find support via the "Help" section of their dashboard, offering chat, email, and phone assistance during business hours.
Account deletion for couples is available in "Account Settings." Note that this deletes all vendor requests and activity data.
From the couple’s dashboard, click on "Profile" or "My Events," then use the “Edit” buttons to update your information.

To delete accounts affecting billing or subscriptions, head to your profile or contact billing support for assistance.
